General Contracting
Ventures Group was founded 35 years ago as an "old school" General Contracting Company. While many GC's made the transition to Construction Management we maintained the old model, self-performing the majority of trades work on the projects we won. To this day we maintain expertise in all aspects of construction except the plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.

General Contracting
These abilities work well on larger projects where we subcontract large portions of the work but are able to fill in the gaps between trades. Our millwork shop affords us the option of furnishing and installing our own casework and millwork particularly in situations where customization is needed.

Construction Management
While maintaining our general contracting model we also work on projects under the Construction Management model. For these projects we develop the scope, budget, and schedule, and competitively bid out and orchestrate the trade work. Our general contracting ability allows us to take on the aspects of work where, for reasons of schedule or work load, we are unable to find a satisfactory subcontractor. From planning through final cleaning, we manage all aspects of a project.

Having worked over the years with many design professionals, we can also bring a design team to the table who is particularly suited to your project.
